Organizing the Third West Asian Symposium on Optical and Millimeter-wave Wireless Communications (WASOWC2020)
This conference was hosted by Tarbiat Modares University in 2020 with the participation of participants from 14 countries and 26 domestic and international universities. The next conference will be hosted by the University of Tabriz in 2022. The accepted papers of this conference were indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) and IEEE.

NOPL organized the training course of ISO/IEC1702 standard in 2016, which was supported by Iran High-Tech Laboratory Network.
